The Naked Man

A few years back I was delivering to a coffee shop in one of those new residential/commercial apartment complexes. The commercial real estate is generally on the ground floor while the residential are on the upper floors. The one in particular I was delivering to was near the intersection of Parmer Lane and FM 620. I had probably been dropping off pastries at this location for about a year and was quite comfortable leaving the van running while I traded the empty bin of baked goods for a full one. While pulling the empty container out of the store and locking the door I notice to my right a man. He was completely naked. He saw me and darted behind a column. I quickly locked the door, threw the bin in the back of the van and hopped behind the wheel. As I drove forward to find a place to turn the van around I saw him again clutching to the back side of a column in front of a stair well. I sped off back onto Parmer Lane and headed off for the next delivery.
I still wonder what that man was doing naked outside in that apartment complex. Did him and his lover get into a spat that he wound up naked locked outside? Or had he been stealing newspapers that were left outside the coffee shop and he lost the thrill of just taking them. So he started theiving them in the nude.
I kept delivering to that cafe for more than a year and saw deer, possums and even a live armadillo, but never that man robed or not.
